Beyond plastic by Bruce Wadd
Yes, I have to confess … I watched Extreme Makeover again! (For those not knowing, this television show gives unknown people the opportunity to have their bodies significantly overhauled!)
As humans we search for real answers to deep issues – overcoming addiction; financial disaster; mental dysfunction; persistent temptation; an unfaithful spouse … I am sure you could add to the list!
Here’s something for you to ponder…
The only thing we take into heaven is who we have become!
If this statement is true, then what’s important today? What’s got your attention? What you are doing or, more importantly, who you are becoming?
Why not go to the Chief Physician that can change your heart? Let me assure you… the surgery is beyond plastic! It’s free, but will cost everything!

The
cynic in me looks at the wonderful ‘new’ people presented at the show’s
finale and I can’t help asking – what happens to them when they get back to
their normal lives? Is anything really different? Or do things return to
normal? Or possibly worse?
