You is you

 by Bruce Wadd

Sometimes it is really hard to accept certain things.  How are you doing with the title?  For the grammatically correct people of this world, you have already questioned it’s correctness, and are probably putting it down to a terrible typographical error – or the author having lost it again!

Read the title again!  What does it say to you?  Think more closely.

For many years I compared myself with others, or tried to become like other people.  It always ends up being a negative exercise, where I would come out worse off!

For a moment, focus on the many different characteristics you have, some of which you might find incredibly annoying or uncomfortable.  Like the heading above, they are unique, and for a certain reason.

God made you for a particular role and purpose in life.  You can commit all of yourself to Him.  You can rest comfortably in the knowledge that He accepts you, and will direct your life to fulfil its purpose.

Here’s some great news…

“Be delighted with the Lord.

Then he will give you all your heart’s desires.”

Psalms 37:4

TODAY, let ‘you be you’!
