Yarranbilba by Bruce Wadd
When I received the promotional brochures in the post I was impressed, excited by the potential and vision of the developers. It’s a new city planned where currently there stands an old pine plantation.
As I read the fine print, I discovered that government hadn’t yet passed the planning approvals. It was all just a figment of someone’s imagination… or was it?
Have you seen someone with great faith? Or alternatively, a person who lacked the faith to see a vision through to its fruition?
Let me give you my definition: Faith is living and knowing that something will come to being. At the beginning there is normally little or no evidence except what’s in your mind.
As a Christian, it’s a privilege to learn about and live by faith in Jesus. And what is that like … “knowing when all around may not know!” It’s a deep seated confirmation inside that God is in charge and has everything in His grasp.
Are you living in that place of privilege today? Yarranbilba
“What is faith? It is the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting for us, even though we cannot see it up ahead.” Hebrews 11:1
