Upstream sell off

by Bruce Wadd

It’s big news in Australia.  The state government of Queensland is selling off water rights to private enterprise.

It doesn’t sound much, but when you live in the driest continent in the world, and you are at the headwaters of its largest river system, you very much have the upper hand.

The other states, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, understandably, are not happy. They’re frustrated and angry at the arrogance of the Sunshine State’s leaders. But what can they do?

Do you ever face things where you have no control over the circumstances? Are you angry and frustrated… to the point of violent action, by things not going your way?

Here’s one approach you may not have considered!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and

don’t forget to thank Him for His answers.”

Philippians 4:8

Decide what you can and can’t control. But above all… pray and give thanks... TODAY!
