The queue

Recently I went to the movies.  Wanting to beat the crowds, I pre-purchased the ticket online.  Stamped on my ticket were the words,
'VIP - Jump the Queue’. 

Carefully clutching my ticket, I entered the cinema complex, ready to be a Very Important Person and go to the front of queue… only to discover I was the only person in line!

We can fall into the trap of thinking that if we are at the front of the line, we are the most important.  If we end up last, we must be the least important.

Jesus turned this idea on its head when He said,

"So the last will be first,

and

the first will be last."

Matthew 20:16    

It looks like heaven’s value system is a bit different than here!

TODAY!  Why not use Jesus’ values as your guide!
