It’s just like thought and action. Action usually follows thought. It means that thought is where the action really is… if you get my drift!
That’s why the Bible talks about mind transformation being very much our Christian journey. You can focus so much on changing your behaviour, but true remodelling of your life is about Jesus coming in and changing you from within.

flying overhead always have the sound behind them, following at a distance.
Depending on the speed, it takes time to locate the aircraft because of the
distance between the sound and the object.
