Reverse screw by
Ever had a moment when you’ve seen again how stupid you can be? It’s embarrassing, but I did it again the other day!
The vacuum cleaner hose had broken several days ago. I’d never liked the connection because it always came apart. Each break would take a couple of minutes of frustration in reconnecting the hose. Many times I had to walk away from this electrical ‘torture tool’, for fear of sending it through the window in anger.
Upon visiting the vacuum specialist for the replacement, this extremely kind gentleman showed me the correct way to reconnect the hose, by turning it anticlockwise!
God often waits till you're finished struggling before He offers His answer. And often the answer is the total opposite to what you’ve been trying!
How long are you going to resist God’s instruction before you decide to be obedient to His Word?

What an idiot I felt!
Having been so incensed because this stupid hose wouldn’t stay connected, in
less than five seconds the expert salesman explained the simple truth of
screwing the connection the opposite way!
