But this time, with camera in hand, was a different experience. Exercise became increasingly spasmodic as different things came into view, and the camera was used to capture incredible images. It got to the point where I held it in my hand because there were so many things worthy of attention.
It made me think about the many things that pass me by every day, that with a different mindset, I would stop and take notice.
Let’s change the focus to people. How many people have you noticed today? What amazing things have you discovered that would have been missed if you’d not take the time or interest?
Stop, look and listen for a moment to the people around – your spouse, your family, your work mates, your clients!
Use your photographic eye… appreciate their good points!

Several weekends ago I
decided to take my digital camera on my weekend walk through a local forest.
This place has no particular outstanding features, and normally it is where
the dog and I exercise up to two hours at a time.
