Orphan no more by Bruce Wadd
Some of you reading this will have been adopted, and thus understand the trauma of not knowing your blood heritage.
As humans our yearning for love and security varies between individuals, but cutting away all the ‘facades’ of life reveals our basic and innermost desire for intimacy. We hide this fact in all sorts of ways, though we all still crave to belong to someone or something.
Today, you again are offered the prize of being an orphan no more. You no longer have to live, fight and struggle alone! God has gifted you with the best heritage of all – you are His child!

Imagine the ludicrousy of
living in an orphanage, having prospective parents come and offer you a loving
and caring home…and then you saying NO?
