Lighten up by
It was a small boat. The load was heavy... way too many passengers for safe travel, but the urge to get everyone to the other side overwhelmed the owners.
Luckily, the captain took the best option, of returning to the harbour before they were too far away, and everyone returned safely.
You may not have that option!
You may be way out in the open ocean of life, not knowing what to do, but knowing that your boat is sinking. Thankfully, you have a much more significant option available… God!
He can take all… your burdens and concerns! You don’t need to be weighed down anymore. Lighten up! Live God’s life for you!
“Wear my yoke – for it fits perfectly – and let me teach you; for I am gentle and humble, and you shall find rest for your souls; for I give you only light burdens.” Matthew 11:29,30
TODAY, give up… your worries… to Him!

the water for the worsening weather conditions and it was beginning to take
on water. The occupants were facing possible disaster if they didn’t do
something NOW!
