Just cooperate
We can learn a lot from our kids!
We understand that while they're babies, they really don't get this concept. Even though something may be unpleasant and may keep us from doing what we really want to do, if we'll cooperate it's in our own best interest!
As adults, how often do we need to be still, and just cooperate with God while He cleans us up and gives us a fresh start?
”Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalms 51:10

many times I’ve heard myself say to my babies and toddlers, "If you'll just
hold still so I can change your diaper, this will be over faster and you'll
be all clean!"
