Just a touch

by Bruce Wadd

Great impact is often made through really insignificant things, and sometimes it doesn’t take very much – a light touch on the shoulder; a hint of pink at dawn; the slightest ripple on a smooth waterway; the faint smell in the nostrils!

It is sometimes those hints that spark significant and important memories.

As I sat reading this morning at dawn, pink began to appear on the partly covered grey sky.  It was only a hint, but it was enough to remind me that a wonderful creator is behind everything that occurs in my life.

Hey, it’s exactly the same for you!

God has adopted you into His family, and therefore, everything that happens to you is designed to make your stronger, and turn you to Him.  And sometimes, with just a touch!

Always give thanks for everything to our God and Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Ephesians 5:20

Today, watch out for that gentle touch!
