It looks so good by
For those who are losing weight take a moment to consider this. In your life there is always some type of food that looks really good. It might be ice cream, potatoes, bacon strips, fried fish etc. For me it is very hard to resist the sumptuous delights of the bakery - apple pies & turnovers, custard tarts, neenish tarts – to name a few!
Sin usually looks good. We all have our particular leaning or ‘hot spots’, and the devil knows them all. But in the long term sin leads to death – no doubt!
The Good News for you – whatever the struggle or temptation you are facing, Jesus has died already and taken it away – you just need to believe Him! He has conquered that sin on your behalf!
“So overflowing is his kindness towards us that He took away all our sins through the blood of his Son, by whom we are saved.” Ephesians 1:7
Today, accept His sacrifice for you!

All of these tempting
items stand between me and weight loss. There are times that my car just
seems to pull towards the kerb, the door opens, and I find myself standing
inside a local bakery enjoying the wonderful aroma with an open wallet –
amazing! Losing weight in a bakery just doesn’t happen.
