If I’m walking

by Bruce Wadd

If I’m walking in the pre-dawn light I regularly walk into spider webs – one of the negatives of walking through the Australian bush.  So I spend much of my walk peeling off cobwebs.

I find it intriguing that sometimes, they come off immediately.  But other times, I discover them later in the morning, at breakfast, when I feel something sticky hanging onto my side or neck or shirt, and, thus, more peeling happens.

As a Christian we are constantly peeling off the attachments of the devil. It’s a part of life … Get used to it!  But this morning, I want to encourage you to read how to be prepared for the battle we are involved in.

Take the time to read Ephesians 6:10-17.  Let His Spirit arm you for the warfare. To summarize…

“Pray all the time.”

Ephesians 6:18a

But here's the Good News, TODAY! The war IS won!
