Global statement by
There are times in our relationship when I may have done something annoying - rare for husbands to do such things, I know! - and she will come out with a statement beginning with words like, “You always…”!
After many times of hearing this preface, my prepared response has now become, “Now that is a global statement. Do you mean…?”
Jesus, whilst visiting this earth, made many statements seemingly meant for the moment, but containing everlasting truth. They were designed for global impact! Here’s my paraphrase!
“God can do far more than you can ever imagine in and through your life!”
Now that is a globalised statement, with extremely personal ramifications, opposite to my wife’s message containing only localised intent!
The devil is working hard every day to get you distracted from this powerful truth. So you need to read it again and again to let it sink into your life!
“Now glory be to God who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or dream of – infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.” Ephesians 3:20
TODAY, let God’s global statements reach down into your soul and change your life!
