A distant roar by
Listening to a loud roar in the distance often makes you wonder what it is.
So what could it be? The noise of a busy freeway? The crashing waves of pounding surf? The rumble of a coming storm?
Sometimes it meant impending danger – a massive thunderstorm bearing down – whilst at other times the noise signified joy and elation – a great surf!
All of these possess the ability to make you wonder - what it could be?
You too might be aware of a distant noise in your life, one where either disaster or exhilaration is coming. Whatever circumstance arrives in your life today, just trust. Listen…

I had the privilege of
growing up where all three were present in my life. With the ocean several
hundred metres from my family home, a busy highway on the opposite side, and
regular storms during spring and summer, distant noises were regularly being
deciphered.
