Disappearing in fog by
Your eyes strain to see the road ahead, picking out the centre line, the road edge marking or the guideposts… anything to give you a clue as to where to go!
If you get a moment to check in the rear view mirror, it is amazing how quickly the things you are passing disappear into the mist.
Then on the very rare occasion, you will have this idiot driver appearing behind you, and before you know it, he has passed you. All you see is this car flash past, with taillights disappearing in the haze. It all happens so quickly!
Your life in Christ needs to be just like that crazy car. As you learn about Him, His love and great sacrifice for you, disappearing into His will becomes the only way. You will no longer be self-absorbed, but captivated by God’s bigger picture and plan.
“And as the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like Him.” 2 Corinthians 3:18b
TODAY, disappear in Him!

During wintertime in this
part of the world we get fog in low-lying areas. Often when driving a country
road in the evening you will plunge into an area of thick fog, immediately
applying caution because of reduced visibility.
