Default setting

by Bruce Wadd

On most pieces of software there is a default setting.  For those that aren’t very computer literate, pressing this button means the program will go back to its original setting.

When you get to a point in a program where you don’t like what’s happening, or you just can’t seem to figure something out, the best thing to do is find and press the default button.

You, as a human, might be struggling through an issue.  For some of you, it may be something that you’ve faced for many years, even since childhood. Temptation may be overwhelming you.  Coping would be great, but it seems a heavy load is upon you.

So, let me give you God’s default setting.  He has your original and best design, planned before sin entered this world in His memory banks. He’s put this default setting deep inside you. To activate your original setting, look to Jesus for the answers. ‘New’ and refreshed will be the result!

“See, I am making all things new!”

Revelation 21:5a

TODAY, let God press your default button, and watch the result!
