Dead fish downstream by
It might sound a rather obvious statement but take a moment to contemplate scope of this phrase.
Let me apply this idea to your Christian influence. How easy is it to go along with the crowd, heading our society’s direction with morals, thinking, speech and behaviour.
But what a difference can be made with others if you become alive in Christ, and ‘swim against the current.’ People notice, and if they are close to you, they will often be secretly proud of you for your commitment to Jesus, His love and values.
