Coffee and cake by Bruce Wadd
Fast forward to the coffee shop. The friends arrive and immediately launch into catching up where they had left off last time, chatting about all sorts of things, renewing intimacies over coffee and cake.
Can it be the same with God? Does He want intimacy with you every day?
Here is King David’s attitude to God:
“The one thing I want from God, the thing I seek most of all, is the privilege of meditating in His Temple, living in His presence every day of my life, delighting in His incomparable perfections and glory.” Psalms 27:4
Ready for some cake, coffee… and a chat?
