Bacteria cafeteria

by Bruce Wadd

People in the medical profession, and those interested in cleanliness, will be very aware that some things we touch are littered with harmful bacteria.  The toilet set, door handles, money, computer keyboard, the phone, step rails…and plenty more.

All of these are a ‘cafeteria for bacteria’.  They are breeding grounds for disease, and it amazes many in the medical profession why more people aren’t ill from touching these places unknowingly.

For these miniscule organisms the cafeteria is  a perfect place to grow, mature and spread.

This is just like church needs to be – a place where you can congregate with others, where you can be yourself and safely mature.

For those of you who haven’t chosen a place of worship, you are instructed to find a ‘Christian breeding ground’ to fellowship with.  Let God guide you to that place!

“But if we are living in the light of God’s presence,

just as Christ does, then we have wonderful fellowship

and joy with each other, and the blood of Jesus

His Son cleanses us from every sin.”

1 John 1:7

TODAY, join a ‘cafeteria of Christians’!
